IOP: Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program includes group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric and nutritional supervision.
Clients begin intensive outpatient therapy with about 12-15 hours per week and as they progress through recovery, program hours may decrease to a minimum of 9 hours per week. The multi-disciplinary team of Registered Addiction Specialists, Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists and Registered Dietitians walk through the program journey with our clients, offering a well-rounded support. The program includes separate tracks for adults and adolescents who are seeking services for mental health, substance abuse and/or eating disorders.
All of our clients are assigned case managers who work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary treatment team and clients’ involved family members. This ensures a more seamless process that aims to effectively help our clients.
